Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland from October 3–5, 2025. It’s located just across the street from the venue. Rooms are reserved at a special fixed rate for our guests. We recommend checking the hotel's regular rates as well to ensure you’re getting the best possible deal before booking!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that you not bring additional guests or children. Thank you for understanding!

Guests are encouraged to park for free in the surface lot of the Willard Park Garage, which is directly connected to the venue for easy access.

Since our venue is City Hall, all guests will be required to go through security upon entry. Please allow a few extra minutes for this process.

We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. This will allow time for parking, passing through security, and finding your seat without feeling rushed.

Black tie optional - suits or tuxedos for the gentlemen and evening gowns or formal dresses for the ladies. We’d love for everyone to dress up to make the evening feel extra special!
